Flawless Vapes

Flawless Vapes needed to add additional stock to their ever growing operation. The installation of a mezzanine floor was perfect to add this extra space. The removal of their existing pallet racking and installation of a new mezzanine floor achieved this for the client for additional pallet storage and picking area.

The Challenge

Keeping Flawless Vapes operational within the close area to the mezzanine floor allowing them to pick and pack their products while we installed the mezzanine floor was the biggest challenge. Sectioning ourselves into the working area with security fencing allowed us to work smoothly and not have an impact of the clients operation.

The Solution

Installing the mezzanine floor and fire rating which match the existing finished floor height of the existing mezzanine floor on site (also installed by Storage Concepts) gave the client a big open plan 1st floor working area for their additional storage and packing area within their existing premises rather than moving to a new premises. By fire rating the floor to comply with building regulations, this allows the client to carry out their first floor operations to the latest compliance requirements.
