Mezzanine Floor - Loughborough
Storage Concepts consulted with the client and designed and installed two off single tier mezzanine floors, one of which has been designed to take a second tier at a later date. The 2 floors totalled over 2,500 sqm and were installed including full one hour fire protection. We also supplied and installed 2 off hydraulic goods lifts and enclosures, one of which being designed to service the second-tier mezzanine structure at a later date. In conjunction with the completion of lighting and emergency lighting to the underside of the mezzanine floors, and the inclusion of fire detection and alarms, Storage Concepts handled all aspects of the building control application and approval utilising an Independent Approval Inspector. All works were completed on budget and on time and are now providing valuable additional manufacturing and storage space for the client in their new premises.
