Storage Concepts were approached by a client based near Newcastle Upon Tyne who required additional storage space to support their growing operational needs. After assessing the site and understanding the client's objectives, we were contracted to supply and install a custom mezzanine floor that would efficiently increase their usable space without the need for relocation or extensive structural modifications.

The Challenge

The solution also needed to meet strict safety regulations while providing easy and secure access to the elevated storage area. Given the nature of the client's business, flexibility and usability of the storage area were crucial.

The Solution

The entire project, from supply to installation, was completed in just two working days—demonstrating our team's efficiency and commitment to quality. The installation included:

A single flight general access staircase to ensure easy access to the upper level.

An up and over pallet gate for safe and practical loading of goods.

A side-mounted handrail to provide added safety and compliance with health and safety standards.

The project was successfully signed off with full client satisfaction, and the new mezzanine floor now provides the additional storage capacity the client needed to support their operations and growth.
